Services
DELAY / DISRUPTION
CCA provides an Independent Expert service in the management and resolution of time-related construction delay & disruption claims, and we provide this with a proven track record in the successful application of widely accepted methods of delay analysis achieved through the identification, recording, analysing, resolving and reporting on all disputed claims for EOT.
We can provide an informed, early assessment of the merits and exposure of a claim before significant resources are committed. During the project or after completion we analyse, resolve and document EOT claims for submission at the time of or after the event, including expert testimony for disputed claims. We achieve this through the forensic organising and arranging of large quantities of relevant project information and data in the pursuit of establishing defendable, or vulnerable, ‘causes’ of delay and their quantum ‘effects’.

Projects require careful and close management to control the complex interrelationships between Contractor, Subcontractors, Project Manager, Architect/Engineer, Designers; Authorities and Principal, all of which have the capacity to delay the project. We understand the need for accurate programs to be fully consistent with the contract scope of works, and as dispute resolution specialists we also understand the need for claims resistant construction programmes.
